Bylaws

UCLG-MEWA Bylaws that was prepared for the first time as per the governing provision of the Article 78 of the Consitution has entered into force on 01.01.2015 after it was negotiated and adopted in the UCLG-MEWA Executive Bureau in Adana, Turkey on 19 December 2014 and then adopted in the UCLG-MEWA Council that was held on the same date and same place.
